1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the noERP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users, businesses, and enterprise customers.

2. Permitted Use

noERP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.

3. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% platform uptime for all paid plans, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 60 days.
